 Benefits of Wrestling: discipline, confidence courage, the best form of self-defense,&;strength and conditioning, team work, sportsmanship, and great work ethic!.
                                                                                              
    Optional Tournament every weekend starting in December through the Middle of March.

    Wrestle kids your own age and weight.

    Age groups are 6 yrs-Under, 7-8yrs, 9-10yrs, 11-12yrs, 13-14yrs.

The time to learn is now!

    Registration: Monday Nov. 12th, Weds. Nov. 14th  ,Thur. Nov. 15th all at 6:00pm-7:30pm
                          or at the start of any practice.
( Need to attend with Birth-Certificate or copy of, for Registration Records)

    Cost: $70 Per Wrestler ( This will cover practices, wrestling card, T-Shirt, & Shorts )
                     for an additional $20 you can purchase a Coon Rapids singlet.

    Practices: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, Starting November 26th
           
    Where: Coon Rapids High School Wrestling Room

    Practice Times: 6:00pm-7:00pm for Pre-K thru 3rd  & 7:00-8:30 for 4th thru 8th.
